Dr. Taylor Rahe

Occupational Therapist

Dr. Taylor Rahe received her doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She is quite passionate about helping people deal with the effects of stress and the impact it has on their overall health. Helping her clients reach optimum function emotionally, physically, and behaviorally is her life’s purpose. Each treatment plan is specifically catered to the individual’s needs and goals. Whether it is simply learning to handle your stress better, reducing pain associated with muscle tension, or improving your overall performance, Dr. Rahe will assist you in achieving long-term carryover of your goals. She takes an objective approach to directly address the impact stress is having on your health and teaches your body to respond to it differently. She specializes in helping release tension in their back, neck, and shoulders jaw, headaches, etc. to promote the highest quality of life among her clients.

Taylor continues to advocate for her profession through her research, conference presentations, guest lectures, and work as an adjunct professor.



Fun Fact: When not in the office, you can probably find Dr. Rahe elbows deep in the back of a record shop, carefully selecting the next addition to her vinyl collection.
