Jason was first introduced to physical therapy (PT) while studying biology at SUNY Stony Brook. One of his roommates who was on the soccer team needed a rehabilitation program for a torn ACL in his knee. Seeing the impact PT made on his friend’s recovery, Jason volunteered at the Hospital for Special Surgery that summer. From there, his career path was set. Since then, Jason has gained over 20 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, working with adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. A certified Kinesio Tape practitioner, he also has extensive experience with orthopedic braces. When Jason is not in the office, you might find him out supporting his young son’s strange pizza eating habits: slices must first be stripped of everything including the sauce and cheese to be considered acceptable.
Fun Fact: An avid traveler, Jason has been to 50 countries on 5 continents – and counting.
